Madeleine Munches Mandarin

In yet another visit to Tong Palace, a great place for Dim Sum in San Francisco's Clement Street district, Madeleine developed quite a taste for the brunch time goodies -- or at least for the well seasoned menu from which one would order them. Madeleine's guest at brunch, Ruby, enjoyed her Tong Palace experience so much, she entered what can only be described as a "dim sum coma," from which she has yet to awaken. Great Great Visitors Line-Up For Miss Maddie

Madeleine has been swimming in visitors this month, and, as can be seen from this recent photo of Maddie and her Great Grandpa Keiser, it's been a blast for all involved. Madeleine "Fancy Pants" Keiser

Madeleine recently attended her second formal wedding. Decked out in a luxurious white skirt, knit top and hat, Madeleine was in peak fashion to celebrate Shebreh & Brian’s big Persian wedding. The wedding took place under the regal dome of San Francisco’s City Hall, and was quite the affair. In attendance were Madeleine’s usual entourage (the parentals), and 350 of the married couple’s closest friends and family. The evening also marked the latest that Madeleine has gone to bed, with the princess not returning to her tower until 10:30 P.M. – it truly was a night to remember. Carmen Miranda Keiser

Madeleine loves music, and, as you can see in this recent photo, she also loves dressing to comemorate her favorite musical idols. First, there was Madeleien's rocker phase, when she wouldn't be caught dead wearing her favorite Jimi Hendrix onesie, which she prefered to wear while rockin out to classic Hendrix riffs. And now, there's Madeleine's Carmen Miranda chapeau; the latest in fashionable headgear -- which is also quite baby-practical since it doubles as a squeaky-toy octopus. Beware of Baby

Madeleine has begun the slow and painful process of teething, and has been biting anything and everything that comes her way. As the above photo shows, she has no qualms about resorting to cannibalism to soothe her aching gums. To see other recently uploaded photos, click here.

Visit with Nana

Madeleine & Nana share a smile and a bit of fun atop the dining room table during a recent visit in San Francisco. During the weekend visit, Nana and Maddie enjoyed a walk at Crissy Fields overlooking a beautiful view of the Golden Gate Bridge, and they enjoyed watching the drama of the NBA All Star Slam Dunk contest -- Maddie was especially excited to see a very "short" 5 foot 9 inch Nate Robinson take home the title of 2006 NBA Slam Dunk Champion. No Time Like The Future

As some of you may have noticed, ITSTHEKEISERS has gone a little while without an update. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have posed for those of you who visit the site regularly, but in today's work-a-day world, it can be difficult to work "full-time," raise a new baby, and make regular blog postings.

So, in an effort to keep our dedicated readers as up-to-date as possible in the events and developments in the Keiser family, we are starting a new abbreviated format. The new format will include a recent photo or two, to serve as notice that new photos and/or movies are available for viewing, along with a brief description of what the photo depicts, what the Keisers have been doing lately, or what movies are available for viewing.
