NEW KEISER ARRIVES!!!

On monday September 26th, at 8:14 P.M. on a beautiful fall San Francisco evening, was born a beautiful baby girl named Madeleine Byrd Keiser. Little Maddie was born weighing 7 pounds 10 ounces and measuring 20 1/2 inches long.

What the couple had worked hard toward for the past nine months, a long planned home delivery with midwife Abigail Reagan, ended up being completely the opposite birth experience - a hospital C-section! Fortunately, the most important things came out of the operation just perfectly - Mom and Baby.

Madeleine's first visitors were best friend Maya and Sahru's Mom, now Grandma T, who raced down from Santa Rosa in record time as soon as she heard the news that her first grandchild had been born.

As of the evening of Wednesday September 29th the family is very happy to have departed St.Luke's hospital, and returned to the comfort of Madeleine's new home.

If you'd like to call and wish the Keiser's warm thoughts they would love to hear from you, but know that they they will likely be turning off the ringer on their phone - you know, so Madeleine doesn't get woken up - after all that hubbub at the hospital, everyone needs all the sleep they can get.

The Keisers Are Now The Keisers

Since their marriage in 2002, Sahru Cowans (at one time Sahru Bowden, and at one time Sahru Sahdiid) had been pondering the idea of changing her name, but during the last 3 years she hadn't yet decided one way or the other. Recently however, with a baby on the way, Sahru finally decided to take the plunge and, as of September 1st, became Sahru Keiser. Now, Sahru, Joe, and baby Madeleine, will all have the same last name in their new little family. Cute, aren't they?!

Zero To Nine-Months In 30 Seconds

Filmed over the past nine months, from January to September 2005, this time-lapse movie reveals how much and how quickly a svelte midsection can grow into a beautifully rotund pregnant belly. Said the leading actress of her latest role, "I can't believe how thin I use to be!" Putting on nearly #@*%$ pounds for the film, this is certainly an actress to watch.
